Earlier this year in April the Chinese smartphone company launched its Mi 8-Series. While the successor the smartphone is expected to be launched in the same year. As we are just away from the launch the design of the smartphone is leaked. Which gives us the rough idea about the specifications and the design of the smartphone.

Xiaomi Mi 9

Xiaomi is at the edge of announcing the Mi 9 smartphone. And the smartphone will be having a triple camera setup as per the GF Securities Hong Kong. In addition, Mi Mix 4 may also have a triple camera setup. Hence, we can conclude that Mi 9 will be the first smartphone from Xiaomi having triple camera setup.

Display

As per the renders,6.4-inch AMOLED display is a possibility of Mi 9 display. The display will be edge-to-edge display with the small notch at the top of front panel. Although, the notch will consist of selfie shooter and 3D depth sensor. In addition, as per renders, it may have an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Triple Camera Setup

At the back panel, there is a vertical setup of the triple camera with a LED flash out of which one of the lenses will be 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor. While the other two will be 13MP and 16MP respectively. The GF Securities Hong Kong revealed the information that the Mi 9 and the Mi MIX 4 will be having a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 SoC. However, there is a possibility that Mi 9 will comes with 6GB/8GB RAM. Also, it may offer 10GB RAM.

Battery And More

The Mi 9 will be having a battery capacity of near about 3,700 mAh with fast charging and wireless charging feature. Also, the smartphone may get a version of 5G connectivity. While the Mi MIX 4 may apparently feature a periscope lens for a great optical zoom without taking more physical space. Also, the Mi MIX 4 may have a foldable display, though not declared by the company. There is no such information regarding the price of smartphones till now.
