However, this lawsuit is filed against them in the District Court of Northern California. In fact, the screen size is not as per the size proposed by Apple.

Apple’s False Marketing

The suit alleged that Apple is doing false marketing with the new tagline of iPhones ” all screen”. For an example, 5.6875-inch is the real display size of iPhone X. Where Apple claimed to have a 5.8-inch display. However, as there are notch and bezels near the screen thus the size of the screen is not as per claimed by the company.

In addition, the company is not using appropriate wallpapers for the marketing. As they were using to hide the notch. The 2436 x 1125 pixel resolution is technically wrong as the notch and corners took 120 vertical pixels. However, the usable area for the application in iPhone X is only about 1125 x 2195 pixels. Which is near 10% lesser than claimed by Apple.

As per the lawsuit filed against the company in the month of June, the display of the Apple Watch is having the tendency to crack, shatter or detach from the main body of the watch.
